How to make Chicken Fried Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 garlic (chopped)
- 1 stem of green onions (chopped)
- 2 rolls of Chinese noodles
- 1/4 tea spoon of grated pepper
- 1 small green paprika (sliced into cubicle)
- 1 table spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 table spoon of soy sauce (salty)
- 1/4 cup of sweet soy sauce
- 3 table spoons of cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 1 boneless chicken breast (slice into cubicle)
How to cook:
- Boil the noodles in a hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and Set a side.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan, fry garlic. Add paprika then cook until the color changes.
- Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. Add the chicken when the sauce boils. Mix well.
- When the chicken is fried well, add green onion, salt, peppers, and eggs. Mix well.
- Add noodles when the egg is well fried. Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Servings for 2 people, serve while warm. Enjoy like I just did!

Apr. 7 – A Sikh journalist threw a shoe at Home Minister P. Chidambaram during a press conference in New Delhi on Tuesday. Jarnail Singh from the Dainik Jagran was angry with Chidambaram’s reply to his question on the 1984 Sikh riots. I think this should be a genuine way to show protest.
